ICS Endava SRL, part of the British group of companies Endava Group providing professional IT services to clients worldwide, is currently looking to add an IT Recruiter to our HR team. The Technical Recruiter will utilize project staffing plans and corporate recruitment strategies to define and implement recruitment initiatives for the Company.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of proactive, full-cycle recruiting focused on sourcing qualified candidates to fill multiple vacancies
Working with managers to define and prioritize recruiting needs
Preparing and coordinating job postings, drafting job descriptions, screening, collecting and tracking resumes, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, and coordinating offers of employment
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with managers, staff, candidates, and recruitment agencies
Develop cost effective, efficient, and innovative solutions to meet staffing needs
Supporting various special projects and general HR initiatives
Qualifications:
A University degree in a related field and equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience within a corporate internal recruiting function
At least 1 years of experience within the staffing industry
In-depth sourcing and recruiting experience for the engineering/technical sector with a successful track record of accomplishments
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of candidate tracking and screening recruitment software
Adept at building strong professional relationships with HR staff and Business/Project managers
Ability to generate innovative and creative approaches to recruiting
Ideally, good IT knowledge
Fluent written and spoken English
