IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, and support teams.
▪ Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
▪ Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
▪ Oversee ERP systems, production software, and automation technologies.
▪ Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
▪ Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive
environment.
▪ Strong knowledge of ERP systems and network infrastructure.
▪ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
