Our company SEMY, is looking for an IT Manager who can help us with the management of our Onsite and Online IT staffs, and supervise the development of a new generation of software systems for our customers.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent wide work experience may suplement the educational background
2. Understands IT language, and with Proven experience in management of IT people who are working onsite and online
3. Experience in leading IT projects and rolling out IT systems/infrastructures
4.Outstanding communication, intepersonal and leadership skills
5.Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
6.Ability to do Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
7. With Strong problem solving skills; Recognizes and acts on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants
8.Able to work on our Office at Chisinau, Moldova at Arborilor 9/2 street

Responsibilities:
1.Lead and manage IT projects, including the building, development and deployment of new IT systems and services
2.Help define IT systems/infrastructure strategy, and processes
3.Build expertise in the Property Management domain, contributes to development of Facility Management solutions; Analyze company's and clients' requirements by coordinating with key stakeholders across the firm to develop solutions for IT needs
4.Assist internal and external clients with implementation and support
5.Help manage our office in Moldova; Assist in Planning and managing our resources accordingly to ensure successful implementations
