Job description:
# Participates in business analysis activities for new product or new modules, also for implementation projects.
# The main responsibility is to gather, detail, and document requirements in a format that is appropriate to the technical developers.
# Provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful development and implementation of projects.
# Writes the analysis documentation in the format requested by the project.
# Participates in the design phase of the user interface.
# Training for users (including all documents and data package necessary for training).
# Monitoring, track and validate solutions for defects (in collaboration with the testing department).

Requirements:
# At least 1 years experience in business analysis, implementation and consultancy;
# Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Projects it’s a plus);
# Professional approach, excellent communications skills;
# Good knowledge of English and Romanian languages is considered a must;
# Experience regarding the design of the system’s users interfaces;
# Client custom oriented is a plus
