IT Operations Manager (Regional)
General description
IT Operations Manager (Regional) is responsible for ensuring DFI IT platform deployment and operational exploitation of the IT production environment in regional hub; establishment and running of all necessary environments for the IT delivery products and services according to global company standards; implementing the respective standards, processes, policies and procedures accepted by HQ IT Operations.
IT Operations Manager (Regional) reports to is reporting to Regional CIO.
IT Operations Manager (Regional) functionally reports to is reporting to HQ IT Operations Management
Functional duties and responsibilities
IT Operations Manager (Regional) is in charge of:
• Elaboration of regional IT Operations policies , processes and procedures, according to HQ standards, policies and methodology, best practices, ensure their effective deployment within regional office with mandatory validation by HQ IT Operaritions
• Minimizing gaps between HQ IT policies and regional IT,
• Elaboration of the platforms deployments\roll-outs plans, taking into account and ensuring achievement of established business goals, inclusive terms, budgets and quality
• Smooth changes delivery to production environment in order to minimize negative business impact of software releases and support of systems stability
• Capacity management to guaranty business growth and timely plan and execute appropriate measures to expand or optimize IT capacities Daily operations for IT Production, availability and reliability of the systems
• Effective management and resolution of the production incidents and issues
• Appropriate management of the customer and company data, taking in account DFI and Group approved standards and policies, inclusive information security
• Manage the teams in order to achieve the business goals, successful completion of the projects and respective plans of production and development
• Regional IT OPE Budget and contract management in area responsibility

• Infrastructure Team Leader, IT Support Team Leader, Service Desk Team Leader
IT Operations Manager (Regional) is functionally reported to by
• Regional IT Operations Department


IT Operations Manager (Regional) communicates with
• Regional IT infrastructure, maintenance and support function
• HQ IT Operations department
Education, experience and skills
IT Operations Manager (Regional) must have Regional IT Operations Manager must have higher education in technical or mathematical\computer sciences; MSc and\or MBA is considering as an advantage.
At least 5 years of working experience in relevant\similar IT management positions.
Knowledge of best practices in technology and IT management areas as well as wide practical experience of their adaptation and implementation.
Analytical thinking, business problem solving approach, ready to deliver in agile mode, good communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written English language, additional languages is an advantage.
Position KPI
1. Regional IT operations function implementation: building Regional IT operation organization- weight 30%
2. Strategy regional IT operation roadmap elaboration and follow up organization: policy, services, standards, processes, SLA and KPI, reporting - weight 30%
3. Minimizing gaps between HQ IT policies and regional IT - weight 40%.
