Skills and Specifications:
- Dynamic professional;
- 2 + years relevant managerial experience, (totaling more than 5 years in insurance);
- Strategic, analytical, decisional and synthesis skills;
- Prospecting techniques, selling and commercial negotiation skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fairness, tenacity, commitment, principled attitude in dealing with people;
- Responsiveness and teamwork;
- Critical thinking;
- Leadership, proactive, ability to motivate the team;
- Knowledge of the multi distribution field or distribution by a third party;
Main Responsibilities:
- Decide, lead, plan and coordinate company activities in Moldova, in full compliance to company’s policies and procedures, local brokerage and insurance laws, management direction and objectives;
- Define the potential for the company increase, develop the company strategy and manage the respect of the process and internal procedures
- Support and implement the agreed actions with other departments;
- Execute the operating plan and forecasts through effective management of resources to meet annual objectives;
- Optimize, ensure and implement the HR procedures of the group to his teams (evaluation, increases, trainings, work schedule, etc.)
- Analyze the development opportunities in the portfolio, develop partnerships and represent the company with all third parties in the country where is located the company.
Education and Qualification:
- University Degree in Economics;
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Database);
- Required languages: fluent English, French would be a plus.
