University degree, preferably in economics, business, or related subjects;
Fluency in English;
Not less then 10 years working experience
Excellent knowledge of the economy of a strategic investment source country/export market as defined in the technical proposal; experience in productivity management; fluent in the language of that country;
Previous working experience with a recently acceded EU member state or a European or CIS transition country will be an advantage;
