Human Resource Manager

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.org), specialising in microfinance consulting offers a challenging job opportunity for a Human Resource Manager.

Duty station: Chisinau

Job responsibilities will include:
— Participate in improving and updating the company HR strategy;
— Elaborate job announcements and descriptions;
— Post job announcements on appropriate HR resources (locally and internationally);
— Conduct ongoing screening of incoming CVs for available job openings, conduct interviews and reference checks for potential candidates;
— Draft employment contracts in collaboration with BFC administrative and legal staff;
— Coordinate recruitment activities for international projects;
— Prepare necessary documentation for HR work;
— Monitor job satisfaction, general motivation, quality performance, and skill development needs of BFC employees;
— Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:
— University degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field;
— At least two years of professional experience (or a combination of education and international experience);
— Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian;
— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
— Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure;
— Excellent writing and business communication skills (business correspondence);
— Experience in delivering trainings and presentations is an asset;
— Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
— Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer skills;
— Cultural sensitivity.
