HSEQ&PROJECT MANAGER

I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Project Manager.

# Main responsibilities: Monitor actions taken following reported accidents;
# Follow-up actions after state authorities inspections;
# Evaluation of HSEQ training needs;
# HSEQ action plans, implementation and reporting;
# Supervise the quality of the network from the technical point of view;
# Supervise the construction works at Filling Station and terminals and keep continuously updated on the construction works;
# Monitor all the construction related permits and authorizations till the operational permit is granted;
# Control HSE standards from the HSEQ department;
# Participate in drawing up and monitor the budget for Filling Station and Terminal construction provide technical support of Filling Stations and terminals;
# Report on any ongoing activities/status/project within the asset & network planning Department;
# Assess the performance of the staff within the technical and supervision office and advising the asset & network planning manager on the outcome of the assessment;
# Support the activity regarding the coordination of feasibility studies;
# Coordinate feasibility studies for the fuel storages and the Filling Station network.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
# University degree;
# Work experience: in HSEQ area 3 years;
# Desirable practice in construction, preparation and execution of projects;
# Fluency in Romanian, English and Russian;
# Computer literate: Excel, Power Point, Clarity or Project Management;
# Driving license
# Managerial skills;
# Strong time management & problem solving skills, process oriented;
# Good planning skills, able to lead projects through to completion;
# Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
