LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center is searching for a hard working, motivated, team player and honest person for the position of:

- Human Resources Officer
- Administration
- Duties:
1. Assist the Head of Human Resource, interviewing and selection of staff
2. Extracts and prepares reports on job vacancies and monitors recruitment related activities;
3. Keeps records of all documents related to personnel in their specific files, by registering them (contracts, orders, labor books, pension fund cards, medical policies, bank cards);
4. Keeps records of personnel’s vacations and yearly vacation plan. Introduces the data in all necessary files in accordance with law and HR policies & procedures;
5. Registers personnel movements, such as promotions, salary changes, disciplinary actions- warnings, financial rewards –bonus and others;
6. To assist in the organization of relevant events
- Requirements:
1. High studies;
2. Experience minimum one year
3. Knowledge of English language;
4. Attentive and can work under pressure
5. Very good in Microsoft Office operation (Word, Excel)
6. Well organized and able to plan and perform activities in a very efficient manner
