HR Manager (Job Ref: HR M-1)

Main responsibilities:
• Creating, implementing, and updating HR strategies, projects and procedures in accordance with the Group requirements;
• Coordinating procedures issuing & following execution of procedures at Company level;
• Determining needs for training together with Management. Organizing trainings for employees;
• Coordinating recruitment & selection of personnel, according to recruitment procedure;
• Organizing personnel surveys. Making proposals for improvement according to survey results;
• Drafting organizational charts, payroll schemes, other documents according to local legislation requirements;
• Presenting HR reports for local & group management;
• Presenting required reports to state authorities.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• University degree, preferably in HR, legal or psychology fields;
• 2 - 3 years experience in HR management;
• High knowledge of labor and social protection law;
• Languages: Romanian, English - advanced level (mandatory);
• IT Skilled (MS Office, 1C-preferably);
• Communication skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Accomplishing tasks within the deadline.
• Self-organizing capacity and punctuality.
