A large investment group with participations in a variety of industries opens the vacancy for the position of HR Director.
Summary / Purpose
The HR Director is a full time position, responsible for managing all aspects of HR organization and development with the group. The activities of this position include:
• audit of current organizational structures within the group, as well as human resources management processes;
• development and implementation of group’s HR policies and management practices;
• providing advice and support to HR managers from group companies on HR management procedures, processes, policies, and practices.
• conducting search and selection processes for top management positions;
• supervising human resource issues within the group, evaluating risks, and advising Board;
• participating in implementation of corporate culture and values.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function in the best manner. In addition, the position requires the following qualifications:
• Degree in economics, law, special education in HR is a plus;
• At least five years prior HR management experience in multinational companies;
• Strong negotiating skills and sound judgment;
• Excellent organizational and HR management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Romanian.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power point, and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work in fast-moving, flexible environment.
• Commitment to the goals and mission of the company.
Compensation
• Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
• Primarily 40 hours per week office work
• Attending night and weekend meetings as required
• Travel as required
