HR Director (Full-Time / Part-Time) – Chișinău

FlyLuxury, a travel agency specializing in business and first-class flights, is looking for an HR Director to help us build a strong and results-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the hiring process for our sales department (top priority)
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, selection, onboarding
Support and develop HR processes related to performance, engagement, and adaptation
Provide guidance to leadership on team-building and HR-related decisions
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HR experience (preferably in sales recruitment)
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring successful sales candidates
Fluent English – C1 or higher (mandatory)
Fluent Romanian and Russian (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Confident PC user (Google Workspace, MS Office, recruitment platforms)
