Expected to undertake the following:
Administer HR-related documentation, such as orders, contracts of employment, leavers’ and other information to ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Maintain employee files.
Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with labor legislation.
Payroll administration and recordkeeping.
Employee safety and health reporting.
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.
Mandatory Experience and Skills:
Strong administration skills.
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Substantial personal responsibility.
High level analysis skills.
Good verbal and written communication in English will be a plus.
Proficient in working with MS Office.
Pro-activity.
Bachelor’s degree.
Desired Experience:
Knowledge of labor legislation would be an advantage.
Similar experience.
