HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Help Desk Specialist
The company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Responsibilities:
• Answer technical questions;
• Analyse problems that cannot be solved locally;
• Solve problems;
• Automatic mails (incoming EDI errors, failure notification, check reports);
• Distribute unsolvable problems to the right person/department;
• Follow up status of received questions/problems;
• Feed back to the organisation of solution, problem and possible corrective actions;
• Register each call/mail in helpdesk registration tool with correct & complete information;
• Built up knowledge base & procedures for helpdesk activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• University Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• At least 1 year of equivalent or related experience;
• Logistics work experience is a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong communicative skills;
• Willingness for short assignments abroad.
