EcoFinance is a dynamically growing FinTech company established in 2015. We offer a short, mid-term and long-term online consumer lending products. Europe and other regions and has issued over EUR 350+ Million Loans since its establishment. And we are now expanding our services to the Philippine market.
We are looking for a Head of Sales Department who will become a part of our awesome team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Department Coordination
Set qualitative and quantitative standards for both call-center and branch operations;
Monitor and ensure team performance targets are met;
Oversee Team Leaders and their teams, evaluate decisions, and ensure alignment with internal procedures;
Implement and monitor efficiency improvement initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Foster strong cooperation with departments such as Risk, Compliance, Back Office, and IT;
Ensure seamless communication to support shared business goals.
Operational Support & Client Communication
Provide operational support and ensure prompt communication with both internal and external clients;
Be available when needed – including outside standard hours and on weekends – to resolve urgent matters;
Work proactively with management and departments to address and solve issues swiftly;
Administrative Activities
Create shift schedules and approve monthly timesheets;
Manage onboarding, probation periods, and integration for new team members;
Approve vacation schedules and oversee hiring/termination procedures and system accesses.
Process Management & Internal Documentation
Develop and maintain team methodologies, instructions, and scripts;
Prepare performance reports and analytics for leadership;
Organize and lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions;
Report errors and suggest corrective actions;
Test and validate new workflows and procedures;
Monitor KPIs and assess process effectiveness;
Optimize department procedures and contribute to product planning and testing;
Identify and implement continuous improvement solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid technical and operational competencies;
Proven B2C sales experience;
Strong people management and leadership skills with a focus on team motivation;
Solid understanding of business processes and an integrated vision of how sales connects with other departments.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in English – written and spoken, used in business correspondence and reporting;
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
