Graphic & web designer

We are seeking an eager, honest and passionate designer to join our expanding web development department. Your enthusiasm to succeed might out balance your skill set right now, but you’ll have the confidence in yourself to eventually merge the two with our help and support.

Your creativity will be matched by your understanding of the user experience and your constant desire to grasp the latest digital technologies and practices.

You’ll need some understanding of some basic programming knowledge but your primary focus will be in creating engaging interactive designs. For this you will be offered a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Skill Requirements

You should have:

A good grounding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
Care passionately about User Experience;
A good grasp on marketing & branding principles;
The ability to consistently produce commercially viable ideas and designs;
Ability to produce semantic and clean HTML and CSS a plus;
Understanding of HTML, CSS and hopefully JavaScript (inc JQuery) ,

and hopefully:

Have good English reading/writing skills;
Have experience using Adobe Flash and AS3;
Can use FTP/SSH and manage live/development versions of sites;
A formal design qualification;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Have good sense of humor;

This is a full time position based in our Chisinau Office.
