We at BESTIARUM GAMES (a U.S.-based company) are seeking a talented Design Assistant to join our growing creative team.
Our company is known for its visually captivating brand, bringing together concept artists, 3D sculptors, designers, and writers from across the globe.
We are dedicated to creating our own dark fantasy world, inspired by the greatest horror stories, encompassing grimdark, gothic, and horror themes.
Each month, we expand this universe by creating a collection of 3D printable monsters and heroes, accompanied by compelling tabletop adventures.
DESIGN ASSISTANT POSITION:
As a member of the Design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning representations of our universe.
The promotional materials will be utilized on various platforms, including our website, Patreon, Tribes, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and email newsletters.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Designing and formatting monthly Adventure Books, following a format similar to D&D 5E books (approximately 20-50 pages per book).
- Creating monthly Covers, Banners, and Presentations for various online platforms.
- Handling other related design tasks, both digital and for typography printing, such as flyers and posters.
DESIRED SKILLS & STYLES:
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate on a conversational level.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience in creating designs within the Grim Dark Fantasy and Horror genres.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills, as our work pipelines rely on the productivity of each team member.

1. Showcase your portfolio of Book/Magazine/Brochure Designs, Covers, Banners, Presentations, and other relevant designs.
2. Provide us with your rates for the services you offer.
3. Selected applicants will be given a test task to assess the compatibility of our working styles. The test task will be paid for if we decide to collaborate.
THE TEST TASK WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
-1- Designing a few pages of an Adventure book (source text and illustrations will be provided). Bonus points will be given to those who can suggest fresh and intriguing ideas while referencing our previous designs.
-2- Editing an illustration: adjusting color balance, contrast, vibrance, etc.
ESTIMATED BUDGET:
Approximate (Monthly Payments Based on Quantity and Quality of Work).
*Note: The indicated budget serves as an estimate and is subject to adjustment based on the quantity and quality of work performed. We value long-term collaboration and prefer monthly payments to ensure a consistent and mutually beneficial partnership.
