Grants manager

Position Title: Grants Manager

Capabilities include:

Grant Writing:
Demonstrated ability to research grants, write letters of inquiry and develop grant proposals for private foundations and international grants.

Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to communicate with the granting organizations, especially the funding officers.

Organizational Skills:
Superior organizational and project management skills to coordinate and implement grant projects.

Requirements:

Preferable experience in Grants Management including budget development and
financial oversight experience; grant research and writing expertise; project and
resource management experience;

Excellent interpersonal skills, with an open and collaborative work style and
commitment to get the job done;

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

Persuasiveness with details and facts, with demonstrated ability to challenge and
debate issues of importance to the organization;

Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively;

Excellent computer skills; and, high comfort level working in a diverse environment.

Advanced level of English language skills. Additional language (German, French) will be an advantage.
