Due to expansion, we are launching a new office in Chisinau and we’re looking for a General Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing business activities according to the requirements of the owners and the Company policy;
- Creating an effective working team;
- Managing, supervising, motivating, developing and evaluating employees;
- Talent management of the team;
- Work with new prospects;
- Searching for new sales channels;
- Active searching and attracting new customers;
- Developing and growing strong and long-term relationships between Provectus IT and customers.
Required skills:
- Experience as a manager in IT;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Strong decision making skill;
- Planning and project management skills;
- Desire and ability to work as a team player;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Fluent written and spoken Romanian;
- Good Russian would be a plus.
