General management assistant

Your role is to take over your Manager’s functional and logistics duties in order to help her/him to show a great performance in the position.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Manage (complex and shifting) agenda and mail,
* Coordinate business travels in France and abroad (visas, taxis, hotels etc.),
* Prepare necessary files for different meetings,
* Manage and coordinate events,
* Prepare and follow-up meetings,
* Draft reports, documents, presentations,
* Maintain and classify files.

You should be a graduate of a higher education institution and have previous work experience within a multinational company.

It is great if you are highly proficient in spoken and written English and French and, ideally, in other languages (Italian or Spanish, for example).

You have knowledge of the Office (Excel, PowerPoint) pack is mandatory.

Also it is great if you have the ability to build excellent working and organizational relations. You will have to take the initiative, be highly responsive, know how to handle emergencies and priorities.

Also ability to have a proactive and voluntary nature and a strong customer service orientation. Available, exigent, dynamic and motivated, you must be able to quickly adapt to your Manager’s requirements and modus operandi, while readily giving him/her concrete solutions and help him/her to react serenely.
