Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js + Next.js + PostgreSQL)

About the Opportunity

We’re building an ambitious new product — a platform that empowers B2B sales teams to find, contact, warm up and finally close leads for their business. The platform will help sales reps know when a key account is actively showing buying intent by visiting high-value pages, enabling timely and efficient follow-ups.

To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer who’s comfortable working across the frontend and backend, and eager to grow with the project.

Tech Stack:

- Frontend: React, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js
- Database: PostgreSQL

Your Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain new features across the frontend and backend
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate directly with the founders to shape product direction
- Optimize performance and scalability as we grow user activity
- Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 – 3 years of professional experience as a full stack developer
- Solid experience with React and Node.js
- Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with analytics or intent-based platforms
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services
- Previous work on startup or early-stage products

Compensation & Benefits:

- 10,000 MDL per Month Base Salary
- 20 vacation days per year
