Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies
Knowledge of ITT (infrastructure, technology & telecommunications) fundamentals
Ability to document information
Adaptability, Analytical skills, Customer focus
Experience in one of telecom technical domains: Mobile & fixed Access (2G,3G,4G), IP& Transmission, Core & IMS;
Preferred knowledge on provisioning Alcatel-Lucent equipments(SDH, WDM, IP)
Knowledge on using Alcatel-Lucent tools ( 1354RM, 5620NM, 5620SAM, 5620AMS)
Romanian citizenship
Job activities:
Configuration management: Configures network elements according to the architectural design
Maintains & tracks the evolutions of the Solution configuration along the project lifecycle
Assist remotely the field staff for the integration / configuration of the equipment or during planned works/ incidents
Design and support in developing software scripts (UNIX/LINUX/VB environment) for automatic tasks (customer data analysis, automatic preventive maintenance, etc.)
Execute Proactive maintenance (regular tasks)
Creating, updating and following all the work orders/tickets in their responsibility with proper granularity and accordingly to timelines
Provide prompt and appropriate follow-up with regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues.
Finds and applies a rapid escalation and notification of incidents during operations
Ensures that telecom services are built into the contractual deadlines
Provides a rapid return to customers in relation to common questions
