Front Office Representative in Edinet

We are looking for a Front Office Representative in Edinet that will be responsible for answering customers' questions and assisting customers in solving problems with company products or services.
Main responsibilities:
Respond to customers' requests;
To sell company’s products and services to existing and potential clients;
Provide customers with product & service information;
Identify research and provide solutions for customers issues using the related computer system.
Competence and Education:
University graduated;
Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English.
Experience and knowledge required:
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
Client orientation is essential, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Note:
This position is focused on local people of Moldova.
