Freight Broker Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager / Freight Broker to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls (minimum 100 per day) to potential clients and prospects.
- Email Outreach: Develop and execute effective email campaigns to engage new prospects. Craft compelling messages and follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Market Research: Identify and research potential leads in an unsaturated market. Stay informed on industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify prospects based on established criteria. Ensure a smooth transition of viable leads to the sales team.
- Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless workflow. Provide all necessary details to support successful execution.
- Meet Targets: Consistently meet and exceed targets for calls, emails, and lead generation, contributing to the overall success of our sales and business development efforts.
- Flexible Work Hours: Work remotely on a flexible schedule from 15:00 to 00:00, allowing you to engage effectively across different time zones.
- Maintain a Positive Attitude: Approach every interaction with energy and professionalism.
