Freight Broker Cold Calling

Location: Chisinau (On-site)
Company: Arctic Transportation Brokerage Division

We are expanding our brokerage team and looking for a motivated Freight Broker who can take ownership of customer relationships and daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to moving freight efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Get in touch with shippers to introduce our services, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships
* Set up shipments and prepare competitive quotes for new and existing customers
* Cold call potential shippers and receivers to generate new business opportunities
* Find and book reliable carriers for all outbound and inbound loads
* Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to ensure profitability
* Provide daily shipment updates and maintain excellent communication with all parties
* Track loads, solve issues quickly, and ensure on-time delivery
* Maintain organized records in our TMS and CRM systems

Requirements
* Experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or logistics is preferred
* Strong phone communication and cold-calling skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Negotiation skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills (TMS, load boards, email, spreadsheets)
