Financial Director Assistant
The company:
Branch of one of the world leaders in water and irrigation systems
Responsibilities:
•Manages the agenda of the Financial Director;
•Assure the transmission of information to the people or departments concerned
•Manage the registration; follow up, distribution and/ or posting of mail
•Write letters or e-mails
•Input or register data in the appropriate document or software
•Answer, process and/ or transfer telephone calls
•Organize meetings and/ or travels
•Organize and maintain documents filing and archiving
•Record and assure the traceability of documents
•Manage subscriptions and/ or procurement documentation
•Organize appointments and their follow up
•Prepare and format documents and/ or presentations
•Making available office supplies and consumables currents
Qualifications & Experience:
•University Degree ( in Economic, Finance or Accounting will be a plus)
•Experience – will be a plus
•Fluent in English; Fluent in French (will be a plus)
•Good MS Office skills;
•Knowledge of 1C will be a plus;
•Flexibility, organized consciousness, sociability.
