FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsabilities:
To carry out organization and upgrading of Company 's economic activities directed on increase of production efficiency, quality of output, decrease of cost value, achievement of higher results at lower expenditures for material, labor and financial resources;
To work over improvement of the Company's economic indicators, achieving high level of their validity, on creation and improvement of the standard budgeting base.
To ensure strict observance of the budget as well as economy regime of material, labor and financial resources by all the departments;
To supervise analysis of the Company's work indicators compared to other enterprises of the same branch;
To monitor execution of financial and credit plan, production sales plan, profit plan and other financial indicators. To exercise control over proper expenditure of monetary fund and target use of own and extra circulating assets;
To carry out other necessary duties related to department work

Requirements:
Specialized higher education;
Knowledge of accounting system;
Knowledge of tax, financial, accounting and reporting, along with other legal acts;
Knowledge in drawing up financial plans, prognostic balances and monetary budgets;
Experience in execution of financial reports and order of their submission.
Knowledge of MS office, Internet;
Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
High level of interpersonal skills, self-discipline and planning;
Communication skills, responsibility, analytical abilities, loyalty, efficiency, ability to keep confidentiality, fast adaptation and learning capability;
Ability to make reasonable decisions, to work independently and in a team
