Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Searching for and analyzing leads through agents and market databases.
Conducting preliminary analysis and formulating exit hypotheses.
Organizing and coordinating the due diligence process (financial, legal, operational analysis).
Preparing materials for deal structuring (Term Sheet, SPV model, waterfall).
Compiling the complete document package for the Investment Committee.
Managing the CRM, task tracker, and dataroom (MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in investments, consulting, audit, or banking.
Education: finance, economics, or law (MBA/ACCA/CAIA is an advantage).
Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling (DCF, IRR/MOIC), and working with legal documents.
Languages: English Upper Intermediate+, Russian and Romanian – mandatory.
Analytical thinking and ability to structure information.
Attention to detail and strong document-handling skills.
Flexibility and ability to manage several processes simultaneously.
Ability to present conclusions clearly, with a focus on numbers and risks.
Ability to defend solutions and argue the choice of approach.
