Finance officer

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, invites applications for a Finance Officer position.

Duration: Full-time
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova

Job responsibilities:
Coordinate budgeting and accounting in up to 10 countries of company's operation
Ensure compliance with norms and procedures related to accounting and procurement
Maintain and develop financial reporting tools
Plan and manage liquidity
Develop and implement a plan for the upgrade of current accounting software solution
Supervise billing process and respond to requests from clients with regard to invoices
Update accounting policies and procedures and provide training to accounting staff

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
Fluency in English and Russian, other languages would be an advantage
Solid knowledge of accounting software applications
Sound managerial and excellent communication skills
Excellent writing and business communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills
Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure
