Finance Manager:
The company:
The leading manufacturer of cables, wires and cable harnesses for the automotive, elevator and escalator industry as well as for special industrial applications.
Job description:
• Providing and interpreting financial information;
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers, customs office, and statutory organizations
• Supervising staff;
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Carries out strategic HR management and performs managerial tasks such as resource management, development, talent management, succession planning, performance, compensation, retention, replacement and termination.
• Manages and maintains relationship with senior business executives and other key business partners on global level, i.e. executive board.
• Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees.
• Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, specialisation Finance, Accounting
- 7+ years professional experience (accounting, contacts to banks, auditors and authorities)
- Experience in international company preferred
- Experience with SAP required
- Excellent command of Romanian and English (German will be an advantage)
- Highly ambitious, reliable and organized personality
