FIELD FINANCIAL AND OFFICE MANAGER

Minimum requirements for the applicants:

 Completed university studies;
 Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
 Excellent computer skills;
 Ability to work independently;
 Team player, able to work in a multicultural environment;
 Previous work experience in Finance related field is an advantage;
 Previous work experience with an International NGO is preferred.

Major Duties:

 Perform financial reporting, analysis and provide financial support;
 Oversee administration of the office;
 Carry out specific program/project development as well as procurement/implementation functions;
 Work close with grantees and DC home office on all financial matters.
