Experienced dispatcher - dry vans and reefers

We're hiring an experienced Dispatcher with expertise in reefers and dry vans to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers,( Only company drivers) providing clear instructions, updates, and support to maintain effective relationships.
- Monitor and manage driver schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and maintain strong relationships.
- Utilize transportation management systems and software to track shipments, update information, and generate accurate reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential disruptions to minimize impact on delivery schedules.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends related to reefers and dry vans.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher, specifically with reefers and dry vans, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
