Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage Amazon and Power Only trucks
- Plan routes, schedules, and daily operations
- Communicate with drivers and ensure on-time execution
- Monitor loads and resolve operational issues
- Maintain stable weekly and monthly truck performance
Compensation & Conditions
- 2% commission from gross starting from day one
- Growth up to 2.2% based on performance
- Fully remote work
- Number of trucks aligned with your real experience
- Transparent rules, no hidden conditions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a US truck dispatcher
- Proven experience with Amazon and Power Only
- Ability to manage multiple trucks independently
- Good spoken and written English
- High level of responsibility and self-management
