Executive Manager

Position description:
- Coordinates the local activities and operations.
- Maintains and develops the relations with clients in Moldavia
- Conducts research and actively attracts new clients, promoting the products and services of TeamNet
- Constantly monitors and reviews the implementation status for the projects conducted by the company in the region.
- Tracks the annual and monthly company budget.
- Tracks and enforces the compliance with the TeamNet quality standards
- Reports to the TeamNet Romania General Manager
- Collaborates with the other TeamNet Romania Managers
- Maintains and tracks the compliance with the management system standards implemented by TeamNet (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001, SA 8000)
- Sets the objectives of the employees and evaluates their performance.

Requirements:
- University degree
- Post-university degree – is considered a plus
- Solid management, hardware and software knowledge
- Solid IT Project Management knowledge.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very strong coordination, presentation and motivation skills.
- Oriented towards problem resolution, towards reaching the objectives and deadlines.
- Very good English knowledge
- Driver’s license
