Development Solutions Company in Moldova is seeking a Customer Support:

Requirements:

• Advanced level of written English, Russian and Romanian
• Basic computer skills
• Punctuality and responsibility
• Ability to avoid and solve problems
• Ability to establish a good connection with clients
• Willingness to commit to a long-term responsibility
• Knowledge of Internet Marketing is considered a plus

Responsibilities:

• To fulfill tasks in time and in a qualitative manner
• To assist clients regarding any questions
• To be able to conduct research and find solutions for an existent problem
• To take care of social media accounts
• To manage the advertising sources for the purpose of customers’ acquisition

Working conditions:

• Salary 6000 MDL
• 45 working hours per week
• Full training provided
