English e-learning platform coordinator

The company:
A transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond. The company has branches in Netherlands, Poland and Moldova.

Responsibilities:
• Increasing the professional development of employees via E-learning
• Creating & maintaining the content of an E-learning course
• Follow up with drivers & office employees on their E-learning activities
• Introducing gamification into the E-learning course

Requirements:

• University degree (master level will be an asset)
• Fluency spoken and written English is a must
• Experience on working in/on an E-learning system will be an asset
• IT understanding, website content understanding
• Project management
• Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
