US-Based Trucking Company with Office in Moldova is Hiring: Driver Recruiter

We are a U.S.-based trucking company expanding our team in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and we are looking for a Driver Recruiter. If you are energetic, people-oriented, and experienced in driver recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers using multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate driver applications.
- Manage the full hiring process (MVR checks, road test scheduling, document verification, etc.).
- Post and manage ads on different platforms.
- Track, report, and analyze recruitment activities regularly.
- Conduct monthly and yearly market research.
- Support HR functions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement new strategies for driver recruitment and retention.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word; PowerPoint a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional and courteous interpersonal skills when interacting with drivers, staff, and partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team.
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous recruiting experience is a must (transportation industry experience is a big plus).
- Proven track record in recruitment or HR support roles.
