Our client, leading international FMCG company, is looking for a District Supervisor,Kishinev
Position purpose:
-Contribute to the growth of PM market share through leading,motivating and developing the merchandising team within,the assigned territory and achieving optimal distribution,targeled availability visibility,and quality display at the designated trade level.
-Contribute to the implementation of PM Marketing strategy through efficient management of territory business plans as well as obiectives setting and performance management process.
Accountabilities:
-Develop,propose and agree on District development plan aligned with overall Marketing strategy.Contribute and guide the development of individual Territory business plans through setting clear,accurate and adequate obiectives to the merchandising team.
-Analyse brends performance in the district in order to optimize existing supply chain patterns and initiate customer-specific promotion activities aligned with Trade Marketing and Marketing plans.
-Set and monitor district-specific,accurate and adequate cycle objectives for the team based on marketing cycle obiectives,thus ensuring top quality marketing cycles implementation and achlevement of territory development objectives.
-Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance,coaching and professional training of team members.Encourage initiatives to allow subordinates maximize their
potential in the job.
Requirements:
-Higher education.University degree in Economics,Busuness,Administration or Management
-2-3 year of relevant experience is an asset
-Good command of MS Office Programs
-Driiving license experience more thane 1 year
-Romanian-fluen
-Russian-fluent
-English-upper-intermediate
