Dispatcher

A fast-growing Canadian moving company is looking for experienced dispatchers with the following responsibilities, skills and requirements:
Requirements:
Able to work evening-night shift: 6 PM - 3 AM (30-min break)
Advanced English Language command
Strong provable customer service skills and problem-solving skills
Previous work experience in a similar role
Previous work experience with USA, Canadian and/or European customers
Punctual and committed to continuous learning and growth
Commitment to long-term employment

Required skills and abilities:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a team environment and high pressure situations
Ability to deal with customers and complaints, while remaining calm and professional
Ability to make decision and act on them with limited time and information
Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources
Keyboard typing speed of 40 WMP

Responsibilities:
Act as communication liaison between drivers-movers, customers and the office
Determine and update daily , weekly and monthly availability of drivers and movers
Dispatch 10-15 crews on a daily basis to assigned jobs
Monitor all mobile units (trucks) and ensure on-time arrivals, inform promptly customers if any delays
Address and mediate any issues, concerns or complaints arising during ongoing relocations
Process and receive payments from customers
