Dispatcher

We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Truck dispatcher who will coordinate and plan daily loads and communicate with drivers. Key responsibilities:

Communicate with drivers and customers daily
Track trucks and drivers to confirm load scheduling and delivery
Build and maintain relationships with both customers and drivers
Coordinate with drivers and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Collaborate with customers and coworkers to resolve issues

Requirements:

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain information
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of English and Russian at the Upper-intermediate level B2
