Previous proven work experience in the same position
High negotiation and communication skills
Advanced English knowledge
Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result oriented in non-standard situations.
Plan and schedule driver's routes
Use basic computer systems and programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, etc) to keep track of your drivers and their loads.
To follow assigned trucks and give instructions to the drivers
To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information
5-7 trucks per dispatcher
Flatbed trucking experience
