Trucking company looking for a remote USA truck dispatcher. With experience, ONLY!
SUMMARY:
Daily scheduling for monitoring vehicles,
Communication with broker representatives and drivers,
Coordinate document flow,
Basic accounting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Booking loads with brokers/ shippers ;
Dispatch drivers;
Answer phone calls, monitor and replay emails.
DESIRED QUALITIES:
Excellent speaking and writing skills;
Ability to multi-task;
Strong computer skills;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Business understanding;
Ability to Resolve arising issues;
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly attitude
Experience in USA truck dispatching is mandatory, pls do not apply if you are not qualified.
