Your Role in Our Mission

Own and evolve DK Hardware’s cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to accelerate software delivery.
Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers, establishing best practices for automation, observability, and release management.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows for microservices-based systems.
Oversee system monitoring, centralized logging, and incident response to maintain reliable operations.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 infrastructure availability and quick incident resolution.
Drive containerization initiatives with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth production rollouts and versioned environments.
Define infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards using Terraform and Ansible to achieve consistent and repeatable environments.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security posture.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Administration roles.
2+ years in a lead or senior position, mentoring engineers or leading DevOps initiatives.
Deep experience with Linux- and Windows-based systems administration.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
Proven experience with reverse proxy and load balancing (NGINX, HAProxy).
Hands-on experience managing MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/Opensearch, ClickHouse, and Cassandra databases — including clustering, replication, and backups.
Practical expertise in logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
Advanced understanding of CI/CD principles and delivery automation.
Proven track record with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Deep experience with Kubernetes — including networking, security, StatefulSets/DaemonSets, and Custom Resources (CRDs).
Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, security best practices, and cloud cost optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Kafka, Redis, Service Bus, Opentelemetry
Terraform, Ansible
Git and modern CI/CD tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with developers, QA, and product managers.
