Deputy finance manager

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international manufacturing company, Automotive industry (Site: c.Ungheni, Republic of Moldova), is seeking candidates for the following open position:

DEPUTY FINANCE MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

* Deputizing finance manager, management of the accountants
* Monthly closing of the books, supervision of monthly reconciliations
* Monthly reporting to group, supervising of the reporting under Moldovan requirements
* Annual forecasting and budgeting, monthly follow-up of performances vs budget
* Identifications of internal control risks
* Responsibility of Definition and Application of Internal Control Rules
* Follow-up of CAPEX and Purchase Orders for overheads
* Cash flow planning and follow-up

Requirements:
* BA level degree in Accounting or Finance, Master degree is an advantage
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position or in a Big 4 audit company
* Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
* Good knowledge of Moldovan Reporting requirements (Fiscal, Statistics, CNAS, etc.)
* Good understanding of Moldovan accounting practices
* Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
* Good knowledge of internal control procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
* Good speaking and written English and Romanian
