The candidate will accurately formulate weekly & monthly demand plans and manage these in conjunction with the supply and sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Production of a timely and accurate 18 month rolling forecast for all customers within their portfolio.
• Identification, quantification and incorporation of all factors and information relevant to the determination of an accurate forecast.
• Responsible for managing the MFR process within portfolio. Highlight gaps or opportunities vs the plan.
• As/when the demand plan becomes constrained to keep track of the original demand and maintain a log of the assumptions and business decisions
• Managing collaborative forecasting processes with customers providing data and being the primary contact with the relevant personnel within the account.
• Develop relationships with relevant internal customers to support the forecasting process.
• Work within Sales and Marketing Team with summarized reporting of the forecast / actuals and building consensus on the promotional plans.
As the successful candidate you will have Higher education or external study. The role needs someone who can achieve results and make an impact whilst still providing the personal touch and building long lasting relationships.
This role will require you to be attentive to details; have good analytical skills, IT literate (advanced Excel skills) and able to think laterally regarding problem-solving, with a continuous improvement.
