Data Scientist

We're looking for a Data Scientist to become part of our dynamic and friendly team.

The Data Scientist will lead complex data science projects to solve non-routine quality-related problems using advanced methods such as AI, machine learning, causal inference, and NLP. By uncovering insights from new and existing real-world data, they will generate hypotheses, identify hidden opportunities, and help realize the full potential of quality data.

Requirements:

Previous work experience in at least one larger company; experience in pharma or clinical trials is a plus
Demonstrated persistent commitment to work
Proven track record in programming (R or Python); experience with R, Posit Cloud, and Git is a plus
Strong communication skills; experience in stakeholder management is a bonus
Open-minded and forward-thinking
Good English skills (both written and verbal)


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data models aligned with the analytics framework to support quality-related decision-making.
Manage and coordinate projects evaluating the impact of QM initiatives in the Medicine organization.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the QM analytics framework.

Accountabilities

Understand quality-related business problems and develop and optimize use cases for the analytics framework.
Understand data, IT, and business constraints.
Investigate additional data sources for predictive analytics modeling.
Generate and interpret data analytics outputs for quarterly Business Intelligence reporting.
Apply advanced data science expertise to optimize QM data analytics models and use cases.

Data Management Operations

Develop and maintain compliant data operational processes.
Develop and maintain monitoring processes for data science models in production.
Develop and implement processes for oversight of data collection, curation, and review.
