Duty station: Chisinau (Moldova)

Job responsibilities:

- Conduct statistical analyses of borrowers’ data in MFIs and banks
- Review the financial statements of financial institutions
- Analyse the quality of data provided by external sources
- Perform data recovery of missing data
- Contribute to the development of credit scoring systems for MFIs and banks in emerging markets
- Provide recommendations on ensuring high data consistency
- Research and summarise findings on different financial topics

Requirements:

- University degree in econometrics, statistics or related field
- Practical experience in data analysis software (Excel and SPSS)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
- Fluency in English and Russian
