Customer Support Representative

Miracle Movers is a moving company. The founders of Miracle Movers are second generation movers with a 22 years experience in moving and storage. We are looking for Customer Support Representative who will work with potential clients abroad. If you are motivated and aspire to succeed, you have an opportunity to join a leading company in Canada.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (oral, written);
- Excellent business communication and problem solving skills;
- Very good presentation and negotiation skills;
- High level of attention and accuracy;
- Should have previous experience in foreign companies;
- Good selling and costumer services abilities.

Responsibilities:
- To identify the clients’ needs and to offer the adequate solutions using individual approach;
- To offer the information regarding the company’s products and services;
- To increase the client database.
