Responsibilities:

* Process exchanges and refunds
* Send travel reminders and help customers affected by schedule changes

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service background
* Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
* Ability to manage and provide information in a timely manner and exceed client expectations
